Accept yourself as you are…
This exercise will help you to unify your mind and body and quiet down the inner critic. The inner critic is usually experienced as an inner voice attacking a person, saying that he or she is bad, wrong, inadequate, worthless, guilty, and so on.
It should give you a chance to find harmony inside yourself and discover your sense of synchrony (you can read more about it here). I suggest listening to this exercise 30 minutes before potentially stressful situation (a presentation, a meeting or an interview).
You need 15 uninterrupted minutes in a quiet environment. The best position is sitting on a chair with hands on your knees.

This exercise is with music which includes binaural beats. In short, the binaural beats stimulate the brain to produce waves in alpha frequency. You will benefit the most by listening to it with good quality headphones.
