This is a another short (19 min) general Open Focus exercise which will help you to quiet your mind.
This is an audio exercise. As all Open Focus exercises it will take you through a series of small attention tasks which will make you very calm and quiet. It sounds gentle and soft like guided meditation but is backed up by EEG neuro-feedback research.
