This is 20 minute audio exercise which is all about relaxing facial muscles. We are using these muscles all day long to express joy and pleasure but also anger and sadness. After many years they are not as elastic as they used to be and they become cramped together folding a skin above them which forms wrinkles. There is a lot of hidden tension stored in these muscles and once you know how to relax them you now how to release this tension. This exercise will make you feel better and look better (when repeated regularly).
During the exercise I will be asking you to feel many parts of the face and it is important to feel both sides of your face at the same time. It means that when I ask you to feel muscles above your eyes you need to feel muscles above the right and the left eye at the same time. To do this exercise you need to find a quiet room and sit on a comfortable chair.
PLEASE, DO NOT DRIVE, WALK, RUN OR OPERATE MACHINERY WHILE DOING THIS EXERCISE.
