I enjoy helping people and doing my small part to make the universe a happier place. Luckily, I work as a doctor, so being helpful is not just encouraged, it’s part of the job. I’ve been teaching Open Focus Attention for 15 years. I love it because it calms my mind and relaxes my body in a very short time. It also helps dissolve pain, reduce anxiety, support sleep, and generally makes life a lot easier. A healthy lifestyle includes regular physical activity, a good diet, restful sleep, and practising flexible attention.
