I enjoy helping people and doing my small part to make the Universe a happier place. Luckily, I work as a doctor, so being helpful is not just encouraged, it’s in the job description. I’ve been teaching Open Focus Attention for 15 years. I love it because it calms my mind and relaxes my body in a surprisingly short time. It also helps dissolve pain, reduce anxiety, fall asleep, and generally makes life a bit easier. A healthy lifestyle includes regular physical activity, a good diet, and, slightly less obviously, but just as importantly, practising balanced attention.
