  1. This is awesome. I really liked it. Thank you for all that you are doing. One question I have. I really love this relaxed state open focus introduces but I feel like I don’t want to leave this relaxation. How do we incorporate the analytical mind into open focus mode of attention??

    • Hi Rahul, thank you for becoming a member. I am going to record a video about Open Focus life integration and I will let you know soon. As you can see, I uploaded a few slides from that presentation in to the Zone.

Yes, I agree we can access deeply relaxed state by opening our focus and diffusing an attention.
I suggest doing a short exercise it at the begging of the day to feel long standing difference.
At work, I usually take 2-3 brakes lasting 5 minutes to access deeply restful state. Those brakes really do not have to last long.
In most everyday activities which do not require fully focus you can gently diffuse your attention and mix narrow and diffused attention at the same time (for example by becoming aware of space around you)
In order to use your analytical mind you have to fully focus.
      I hope it makes sense.

      Regards,
      Tomasz
